I’m thrilled to introduce my amazing friend, Dominique Sensabaugh, wife of Coty Sensabaugh of the Pittsburgh Steelers. Philanthropist, inspirational role model, dedicated wife and mother, lover of all things sparkly, Beyoncé lover. The list is endless when describing the amazing woman that is Dominique Sensabaugh. I met Dominque when our husbands, Brian and Coty, played for the then St. Louis Rams. She has and continues to be an amazing woman and easily one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. She is a beautiful woman with an even more beautiful heart, always willing to go the extra mile for others, especially those in need.
Dominique is devoted to serving communities through mission work and giving back to many different causes, including Puerto Rico. Dominique and her husband, Coty, were mission work led them to Puerto Rico after they were devastated by Hurricane Irma. #SensabaughMissionMoon is Dominique and Coty’s 3rd annual mission trip to San Juan, Puerto Rico and surrounding areas to distribute essential items to those effected by the hurricane and rebuild a home for someone in need. Dominique is the true definition of “goals” to the many women whose lives she has touched.
Are you interested in doing mission work with Dominique and Coty? The 3rd Annual Sensabaugh Mission Moon trip dates are March 15th – 19th, 2018 in San Juan, Puerto Rico and surrounding areas. For more information, please visit their website.
Information for Sensabaugh Mission Moon
Coty and I chose to conduct our mission work in Puerto Rico because of the millions of individuals negatively impacted by the devastation caused by Hurricane Irma.
WHY Puerto Rico?
More than 100 days after Maria swept the island on Sept. 20, nearly half of its residents — more than 1.5 million people — remain in the dark, and officials are now saying it will take to the end of February to restore most power. Hard-to-reach rural areas will not get power until the end of May — “just in time,” the New York Times noted, “for the 2018 hurricane season.” Lack of power is seen as a major factor in the higher death rates that occurred after the storm passed, and it continues to pose a danger as Puerto Rico struggles with limited resources, strained health-care services and the worsening of an already-poor economy.
Join us for the 3rd Annual #SensabaughMissionMoon as we partner with @soles4souls to distribute shoes, clothing and other essential items to those in need. We will also complete a construction/infrastructure project to help rebuild a home for someone in need.
